About the role As Sales Manager, you will drive and develop sales towards our chain customers and larger retailers. The role is broad, varied, and offers great opportunities to influence both working methods and long-term development. You will work closely with our Sales and Product Coordinator to create value for our customers together.

In your daily work, you will among other things:

·        Drive sales towards retailers and large customers in Sweden and Norway.

·        Manage budgets, sales targets, forecasts, and estimates.

·        Conduct sales calls, store visits, customer meetings, quotes, and follow-ups.

·        Plan and execute fairs, events, and customer activities.

·        Maintain good product knowledge and present the assortment in a professional manner.

The role involves both digital contact and travel within Sweden and Norway to build relationships and meet customers on-site.

Your profile We prefer that you have experience in B2B sales, customer responsibility, and working with retailers and chain customers. An interest in content and social media is an advantage, as well as knowledge of sewing products. You express yourself well in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.

You are a relationship-driven salesperson who combines business acumen with creativity and builds trust by understanding the customer's needs. You thrive with clear goals and can easily switch between strategic conversations, business decisions, and creative elements. Your energy, curiosity, and engagement inspire both customers and colleagues, and you naturally contribute to a positive and professional collaboration.
